| Deborah BlackmoreAs Institute Manager, Deborah manages a broad range of administrative processes that support the Institute, and its professional and academic staff to succeed. She is responsible for the operational health of the Institute, managing the financial, human resources, compliance and reporting, facilities, policies and processes, and planning. Deborah joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2022. |
Natalie ConnorMs Connor joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2015 as the Institute's Communications Strategy Manager. Her role is responsible for driving awareness of the Institute's research and activities amongst key external and internal audiences and managing the Institute's communication channels and platforms. | |
| Dina VadasseryMr Vadassery is Laboratory Manager for NICM Health Research Institute’s commercial, preclinical and research laboratories. In addition to his day to day operations, Mr Vadassery is responsible for the preparation of validation and stability protocols, quotations and work schedules. |
John BulaongMr Bulaong joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2022 as a Quality Control Chemist. He brings over 20 years of laboratory experience from working previously in quality assurance and testing. | |

Gemma DeakinGemma Deakin joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2022 as the Research Management Officer. In this role she supports researchers across multiple areas of clinical focus and broad platform capabilities to pursue funding opportunities and manage research undertaken at the Institute. | |
Harrison StarkeyAs Biological Research Technical Support Officer, Harrison Starkey is responsible for the management of the animal facility (Zebrafish) at NICM. He also undertakes technical support for activities within the Pharmacology research laboratories. | |
Veronica FungVeronica joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2023 as a Technical Support Officer and Quality Control Chemist. In this role, she is responsible for providing technical support to research activities within the Chemical research laboratory, as well as undertaking analytical work for NICM’s commercial TGA licensed laboratory. | |
