Ms Corcoran joined NICM in 2017 as NICM's Research Policy Officer. In her role she provides support to research projects and collaborations in policy as well as the development of submissions for government and international reviews.

Since completing her master's degree in public health, Ms Corcoran has worked in the area of chronic disease policy, more specifically health services research and evaluation focused on the support of people living with chronic conditions. Prior to NICM, Ms Corcoran worked as a senior project officer at the George Institute for Global Health. She supported the NSW Health Chronic Disease Management Program Evaluation and the Asthma Australia Community Support Program Evaluation at the George Institute.
